Yea, this looks like a good place to stop
After coming down the mountain from Crater Lake, I happened a small Moose Lodge in a tiny town (Gold Hill, OR) on the Interstate. I have a week to burn and this Moose Lodge is a great place to do it with speedy Wifi, 120v power, and a great group of fellas to enjoy my post-dinner beer with each evening. I am 15 miles away from my new gym/shower so I will only go every few days, but I am happy to even have that.
I’ve scanned the maps an there is not a whole lot of things to do or see way out here so I may be a tick on the quiet side for a few days.
On a side note, the 18th of October marked one full year exclusively in the van. Although I have been in it since late 2011, I have not been exclusive to the bed in the van that entire time. This anniversary is special to me because of that exclusiveness. Honestly, I would miss my van-bed if I slept ‘indoors’ now, and I want the streak to continue. Van on!
