Take a hike, take 3

Conor dropped by yesterday to go for a hike together. Moose was also to come. The plan was to re-visit the Hall Ranch trail system which we have not one in some time, but as we pulled up to the parking lot we had two problems; 1) it was full, and 2) a “no dogs” sign was posted. So, we moved on to Picture Rock trail just down the road and once again it was full, and a “no dogs” sign was posted! Since when did Boulder County start hating dogs so much?!

Nevertheless, we were determined to get in an early-spring hike so we reverted back to a fail-safe trail; Rabbit Mountain. Even though Moose and I were just there a few weeks back, the new foliage promised to bring new sights and smells so the three of us set out on the 3 mile round-trip hike.
