Snow day
My final weekend in California and all the California family came up the mountain to visit and spend some time playing in the snow further up the mountain. It was a blast watching the kids hootin’ an hollerin’, throwing snow around and just plain having fun. How quick the novelty of snow goes away after only a few years living in Colorado. But the California families see the white stuff once a year at best, so for some of these kids it is still the first-time (or two). I remember being that excited about snow when I was that age too… lots of fun to re-live from the other side of a camera.
