Moose tackles Rabbit Mountain
Moose and I went on our first Colorado hike together, at Rabbit Mountain right down the street. It is a small trail with no major scenery, but there is a nice area of prairie-dogs that I thought he might enjoy. Not many were out and about, but Moose could tell something was down in those holes. It being Christmas Day, the trail was full of other dogs which was great socializing practice for the little guy, who is meeting and greeting bigger dogs with more confidence each day. At the top of the trail we sat on a bench and enjoyed the view down to the parking lot.
