Indoor S’mores
S’mores… a must-have when Tim is out camping with me. We had been hoping that the wind would die down enough to start a camp-fire and make up the S’mores the proper way -we even went stick-hunting earlier in the day – but the winds conspired against us all throughout the night.
Refusing the let the wind keep us from having a good time, we had our S’more indoors this time, right on the propane stove. I know it is not very authentic, but it did the trick of keeping the teenager entertained. Coming down off the sugar-rush an hour later really helped us both get to sleep at an early hour.
