I’m a breast guy
Chicken breast that is… Normally I am pleased when I see chicken breast for $1.99 per pound, but at the Safeway in Wilcox, Arizona I stumbled upon a dream catch; $0.99 per pound. I took a double take on the price, but it eventually sunk in so I bought – get this – 10 pounds of chicken breasts!I would have bought more but my 2 cubic-foot fridge can only hold so much. I put four breast in my freezer (which filled it), cooked four more to start eating now, and have 2 more ready to be cooked in a day or two. Moose and I are going to eat like Kings this week.
