Ants in my pants

Two full months! Two full months since re-arriving back in my home town and I’m dying just sitting here. I read other people’s blogs and all the adventures they are having and I feel like I am missing out. I desperately need to get on the road again!

Luckily, today is Tim’s final day of school for the year. As of tomorrow he will no longer be a freshmen in high school, and he will officially have a higher education than his Father. With school out of the way, we are finally free to do something again.

Not so fast! I have to fly into Phoenix to rescue the mini camper van loaned out to a family member last year. I will return to Colorado with the mini van on Monday or Tuesday, which means by Wednesday I can be up the Rocky Mountains and doing some camping – and biking, hiking, and shooting – in and near Peaceful Valley Campground.
